Support & wellbeing

A safe and supportive community

At Thamesbridge College we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for every student. We will not tolerate harassment, bullying, sexual misconduct, abuse of power, or any other inappropriate behaviour.

This page is your Single Comprehensive Source of Information about how to get help, how to report concerns, and what support is available both within the College and from external specialist organisations.

Report an incident

Online Disclosure Form – You can submit a report about harassment, sexual misconduct or any inappropriate behaviour.

    • Reports can be made with your contact details or anonymously.
    • If submitted anonymously, we will still investigate as far as possible. However, anonymity may limit our ability to provide you with personal support or updates on the outcome.
  • All disclosures are treated with care, confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Once we receive your report (with your contact details), a member of the Student Welfare & Support Advice Team will be in touch within three working days.

What happens next

When you report, you can expect:

  • A safe, confidential, and non-judgmental conversation.
  • Information about your options, including informal and formal routes.
  • Clear guidance about the process, including how investigations are conducted, what support is available, and how decisions are communicated.
  • Fair procedures that respect the rights of everyone involved (complainants and respondents).

Our processes follow principles of natural justice: the right to be heard, independence and expertise of decision-makers, and rights of appeal.
